Every session runs 12:00 PM – 2:00 PM EST and has two parts. The first 30–45 minutes is a live deep dive into one AI platform, tool, or prompt strategy — demonstrated live by Ayo. The remaining time is open Lab time where you apply what you just learned to your own project, with Ayo and the community available in real time. You can drop in for the deep dive and leave if needed, or stay for the full two hours and leave with something actually done. We strongly encourage staying — that's where the real breakthroughs happen.

For online sessions — yes, a laptop or desktop is ideal so you can work alongside everyone else in real time. A tablet works too. For CT in-person meetups, same thing. The Lab is a working session, not a lecture. Having your tools open is part of how it works.

You can start with completely free versions of everything — ChatGPT, Claude, NotebookLM, Gamma, and Luma Dream Machine all have free tiers. Ayo will always show you the free path first. When a paid tool genuinely earns its keep for your work, you'll know. We never push paid tools — we teach you to make that decision for yourself based on results.
